Domestic Orders:  

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 days. Delivery times may vary in rare cases depending on location accessibility, seasonal conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

Cash on Delivery 

To offer our customers a convenient shopping experience, Zonaya provides Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. 

An additional ₹150 COD handling and shipping charge applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Timeline

We dispatch orders within 3–4 working days to ensure timely delivery to our valued customers. Once your order is placed on our website, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

We make every effort to ship orders on time; however, delivery delays may occur due to third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes
Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products.
