Cancellations

Order cancellations are possible only until the order has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please note that cancellations may not always be possible. We request you to contact us via email at the earliest, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

At this time, we do not offer returns. 

Exchange Policy

At Zonaya, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. While we do not offer returns, we do provide size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues.
  • The requested size exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the desired size is unavailable, we will unfortunately be unable to process the exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or have missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges involved in sending the product back to us. We will ship the exchanged size to you once the product passes our quality inspection.
  • Sale, discounted, customized, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
